Refund and Returns Policy

If you have received a wrong / damaged product, we can replace this with the correct / exact same product. Goods can only be replaced if you provide us with proof of defect / damage and if it is returned to us unused and intact.

Replacement / Exchange will be done within 4 days.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and relevant proof i.e. unboxing video of the package is necessary.

Our team will connect on how to exchange your product within 48 hours once you have contacted us with the relevant information mentioned above.

It is the customer’s responsibility to send us the wrong / damaged product in unused condition. 

Once the order is accepted by us we will not process the cancellation of the order.

As all our products are custom made, we do not accept any exchange / returns once it is purchased.

We issue refunds within 7 business days on our end post-approval of the refund. Your bank can take up to 10 business days to process and reflect it once initiated on our end.

In some cases, refund will be credited within 10 business days in your original payment method depending on the Payment Gateway. Return request should be submitted within 2 days.
